Housing Class Bridge
Housing Description All sensors on deck of a span 5 of the Chillon-Viadukt (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chillon-Viadukt), a major concrete road bridge. The section of the span is a rectangular concrete tube. All sensors are bolted to the underside of the upper part deck. Span is 98m long, and 13m wide. Sensor 01 in middle, Sensor 02 on east side and Sensor 03 west side. Along span, sensors are offset a few meters. Sensors are oriented in the plane of the span. HG3 in the direction of the bridge (~north).

Obtained from spectral modeling of small earthquakes with constant update.

  • Top: Fourier amplification with elastic (dashed line) and anelastic (solid line) amplification functions;
  • Centre: 5% damped response spectra amplification (anelastic);
  • Bottom: Number of recordings used.
